Foundation Year (Year 0)

Gain the academic, communication, and research skills needed to excel. Explore the business environment, fundamentals of finance, and IT essentials while building a comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset.

Year One

Build core knowledge of marketing, finance, and business strategy. Learn how to identify and evaluate opportunities, create value, and understand the dynamics of entrepreneurial organisations.

Year Two

Deepen your skills by working on real-world challenges. Explore intrapreneurship, digital marketing, and venture finance while developing a professional business plan to pitch to a panel.

Year Three (Final Year)

Consolidate your learning by applying strategic thinking to an Entrepreneurship Project. Develop, test, and refine your own business idea with expert guidance and critical engagement with industry literature.

Assessments are "authentic," meaning you work on realistic situations and can even use your own business ideas for your projects.
Entry Requirements

Pathways to Enrolment

AEC Consultant believes in accessible education. We assess every applicant based on their potential and commitment, offering multiple pathways to the degree.

Standard Entry (Under 21)

  • Level 3 qualification (equivalent to 60 credits or 80 UCAS tariff points).
  • GCSE English Grade 4/C or equivalent. If you do not have this, you can sit an English test at one of our partner campuses.

Non-Standard Entry (Aged 21+)

We welcome applications from mature students who may not meet the standard entry requirements but have relevant life/work skills. You will be assessed via:

  • Personal Interview: To assess listening and speaking skills.
  • Reflection Statement: A supervised writing task to assess academic readiness.

Fees & Funding

Financial barriers should never stand in the way of ambition. Most of our students are eligible for full funding through Student Finance England (SFE).

Tuition Fee Loan

Covers 100% of your tuition costs. Paid directly to the institution. No upfront payments required.

Maintenance Loan

Available to help with living costs (rent, books, food). Amount depends on household income.

Repayment: You only start repaying your loans once you have graduated and are earning above the repayment threshold (currently £25,000+ per year).
