No. Our advisers are on site all day and you can just walk up, with no booking, no queue system, and no obligation to apply for anything.

Is the guidance actually free?

Yes. Every conversation, eligibility check and application we help with is completely free. Our services are funded by our partner institutions rather than charged to students or families.

What should I bring with me?

Nothing is required, but if you have your latest grades or qualifications to hand, we can give you a more precise answer on the spot.

Can my parents or family come with me?

Of course. Many of the conversations we have are with whole families together, especially around student finance and funding.

What happens if I miss you at an event?
